OUR VACATION RENTAL AMENITIES

• 2 bedroom 2 bath with loft comfortably sleeps 4 adults plus 2-4 children.
• Completely furnished and decorated with designer finishes.
• TV / Cable in main living area and in each bedroom.
• California King sized beds in both bedrooms.
• Full Kitchen complete with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all dishes.
• DVD Player and VCR in main living area.
• Both bathrooms come complete with towels, wash cloths, and designer finishes.
• Both bedrooms feature access to the first floor wrap around deck through a private sliding glass door.
• Home is on solid concrete columns approx. 15' in the air.
• Parking available under the home.
• Large Sun Deck on top of the home approx. 50' in the air with incredible views of the bay side of Key Largo, perfect for sunning or whatever you like.
• Private access to neighborhood beach and boat ramp (kept locked - key access only) features secluded beach and swimming area and private dock with boat ramp and fish cleaning area w/gazebo - APPROX. 100 YARDS AWAY.
• Full service amenities such as in home massages, pet sitting, catering and more.

We have gone to much effort to make our vacation rental as warm and as inviting as possible. It is full of many luxury features!
